pPULSE is opening a closed pilot of two products in May 2026: the next ATS release and a refreshed HRMS for mid-market employers. The pilot follows three months of internal testing across payroll calculation, the full hiring loop, and attendance edge cases. Each pilot customer is assigned a dedicated success engineer for the duration.
What is in the pilot
ATS pilot covers AI screening, structured interview kits, custom screening parameters, one-click LinkedIn / Naukri / Indeed posting, and OTP-verified offer-letter signing. 25 design partners across manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, and professional services were selected from existing customers and the public waitlist.
HRMS pilot covers payroll across PF, ESIC, professional tax (28 states), TDS for both old and new regime, gratuity, bonus, and full and final settlement, plus attendance with overtime, regularisation, and multi-shift rotations. 15 mid-market customers (500 to 2,500 employees), including four multi-entity groups, are participating.
Eligibility
This round is closed; we are not opening it to new sign-ups. Selected partners come from the existing customer base and the public waitlist. If you are on the waitlist, expect direct outreach in early May. The waitlist remains open at /waitlist for the next cohort.
Timeline to GA
The pilot runs from May through July 2026. After pilot feedback is rolled in, GA is targeted for Q3 2026. The pilot is not a marketing exercise. A short list of pilot-only items, namely the statutory portal automation work and the deeper bank-file output across major Indian banks, will be evaluated for GA inclusion based on real customer use during the pilot.
