India isn't a market we expanded into. It's where we live, hire, file taxes, and run our own business. The way pPULSE handles compliance is the way we handle our own books. There's no committee in another timezone deciding whether your PF cycle matters.
AI that's transparent
AI that explains itself. Every candidate is scored against your own criteria, and every score arrives with the reasoning behind it. So hiring managers can stand behind every decision.
Notifications where work happens
We don't ask employees to learn another inbox. The notification reaches them where they already work, the same channel they already check. The right HR tool is the one that doesn't make people open another tab to do their job.

Honest about what's in the box
Honesty isn't a slogan, it's a page on this site. Everything we don't yet ship is listed there in plain English, updated as features go live. We'd rather lose a deal than promise something that isn't real yet.

We're a small enough team that you can know us by name. Email any of us and you'll get a real reply, usually the same day. The advantage of a focused team isn't a lower cost. It's that no one can hide behind "I'll forward you to support."

They are two distinct products from the same team. ATS handles AI-driven hiring with resume parsing, a 4-stage screening pipeline, an embeddable career widget and OTP-verified offer signing. HRMS runs payroll, attendance, leave, performance and helpdesk. Buy them together or separately. Hires from ATS pass to HRMS at handoff.
India is the deepest path. Ten tax models cover TDS old and new regime, professional tax by state, PF and ESI thresholds, section 80C, labour welfare fund. Payslips export to PDF and Excel and can run on schedule. NEFT and NACH bank files are on the roadmap. Today we generate registers and payslips.
Microsoft 365 SSO, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business. Plus LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed for the ATS. JWT-authenticated REST API with Swagger documentation. Slack and Zapier are on the roadmap.
A four-stage pipeline. Stage 1 filters non-resumes. Stage 1.5 normalises skills, including React.js and ReactJS variants. Stage 2 weight-scores six parameters: experience 30, technical 20, education 15, domain 15, stability 12.5, resume quality 2.5. Add unlimited custom parameters per org. Stage 3 routes by score: under 45 reject, 45 to 59 HR review, 60 and above auto-advance. Reasoning visible to admins only.
Yes. Web check-in, biometric punches and the cloud bridge capture timing and WFO or WFH only. No keystroke logging, screen recording or webcam streams. Employees see their own log. Geofencing is in the code but not wired into clock-in. We won't enforce location until that ships.
No. The ATS uses token-gated public pages for screening, document upload, offer signing and referrals. Candidates never log in. Recruiters and hiring managers work in a single permission-gated workspace, with custom roles per organisation.
