Can attendance be tracked for remote or field employees?

Yes. Remote and work-from-home staff can check in and out from the web portal or the pPULSE mobile app, with each punch flagged as work-from-office or work-from-home.

How are leave policies configured for different employee types?

Each leave type carries its own rules: paid or unpaid, accrual schedule (monthly or anniversary), carry-forward with expiry caps, encashment, comp-off, and probation or one-year-service gating. Approval routing can be set conditionally by department, role, or designation.

Can shift rosters be planned weeks in advance?

Yes. Shifts and day-of-week schedules, including night shifts with per-shift grace times, can be assigned to employees ahead of time.

Is timesheet data linked to payroll or billing?

Timesheets capture weekly per-day hours against projects and tasks, split by work-from-office and work-from-home, with a configurable weekly minimum-hours check and manager approval. It is not wired into payroll or billing today.

What happens when a stored document is about to expire?

HR raises a document request against an employee with a due date and category, and tracks each request through pending, submitted, or rejected status until the upload is received.
