Yes. Whether the offer was signed in pPULSE ATS or the profile was created directly in HRMS, both paths run through the same onboarding workflow once the employee record is created.

What happens if a new joiner's documents aren't ready before the joining date?

The candidate can still join on schedule. Pending documents stay flagged on the tracker so HR can follow up without holding up the joining date itself.

Can onboarding tasks be customised for different roles or departments?
