Every asset assigned, every return accounted for.

See how assets move from assignment to return, and how every device stays linked to an employee's record throughout their tenure.

From register to return.

Four stages, one asset trail. Every device is registered, assigned to a person, tracked through their tenure, and accounted for on return.

Every asset, one register.

Laptops, phones, accessories. Before anything gets assigned, it exists in a central inventory, tracked by category, serial number, and status.

Asset Tracking questions, answered.

Can the condition of an asset be recorded when it goes out and when it comes back?

Yes. Condition notes are recorded when an asset is assigned, and return condition is captured with photo evidence when it comes back.

How does asset return fit into the offboarding process?

Offboarding runs a stage-by-stage clearance checklist that includes a handover-remarks field, so asset return is recorded as part of clearance. It is captured manually, the system does not automatically pull an employee's assigned assets onto the checklist.

Can one employee be assigned multiple assets at the same time?

Yes. Each asset is tracked as its own assignment, so an employee can hold several assets at once, and every assignment is recorded against that employee.

Is there a history of which employees previously used a specific asset?

Yes. Each asset keeps an assignment history, so you can see who held it before, even after it is reassigned.

Know where every asset is, always.

A central register, assignment against each employee, condition on return, and handover recorded in offboarding clearance.
