Track every laptop, phone, and PPE issued.

Asset master with categories and lots, photo evidence on assignment and return, OTP-verified digital acceptance, request workflow, and full asset history. Built into the same HRMS.

Master, categories, lots, all in one register.

An asset is a record with a category, model, serial, lot, and condition. Every asset has a photo. Every assignment captures another photo. The history is the source of truth, not a spreadsheet someone forgot to update.

  • Custom categories per organisation. Laptops, phones, monitors, ID cards, PPE, vehicles, whatever you issue.
  • Photo on every transaction. Issue and return both capture an image. Disputes resolve themselves.
  • Lots for bulk inventory. A pack of 50 RFID badges is one lot. Issue from the lot, balance auto-decrements.
  • Condition tracked over time. New, working, damaged, lost. Each transition is logged with the actor.

Request, approve, issue, accept. All audited.

Employee or manager raises a request. Approver clears it. IT issues, captures a photo, and the asset's status flips to assigned. The receiving employee verifies receipt with an email OTP. The acceptance becomes the legal record.

  • Request workflow. Pending, approved, rejected, fulfilled. Manager approval baked in.
  • OTP-verified acceptance. Email OTP confirms the employee received it. Audit trail captures IP and timestamp.
  • Return on offboarding. Asset return is a stage in the offboarding flow. Photo on return, condition recorded.
  • Audit log on every change. Every state transition logged with the actor and a timestamp.

Software licenses tracked alongside hardware.

A separate Subscriptions module tracks every software license you've purchased: vendor, seat count, renewal date, allocated to which employee. The same audit trail and photo-evidence discipline doesn't apply (there's nothing to photograph), but the assignment and return semantics carry over.

  • Per-license assignment. A Slack seat, a Figma seat, a JetBrains license. Recovered automatically on offboarding.
  • Renewal date alerts. Notifications fire to the budget owner thirty days out.
  • Finance budget visibility. See total annual software spend by team and vendor in the same dashboard.

Questions about asset tracking.

Not today. Acceptance is via email OTP, which works without printing or scanning. QR and barcode scanning for physical inventory checks are on the roadmap.
No. We track purchase date, condition and history. Your finance team handles the depreciation entries in your accounting system. A built-in depreciation engine with straight-line and WDV options is on the roadmap.
Asset return is a step in the offboarding clearance flow. Manager and IT confirm the return with a photo. The asset's condition is recorded, and software seats auto-recover.
Yes, assign to a location instead of an employee. Bookings or check-in/check-out for shared assets is not a packaged feature today, talk to us about workflow.
Yes. CSV export for the full register, individual asset history, and the subscriptions register. Excel export is on the roadmap.
